Such information shall include; your name, business name, company address, email address, contact telephone numbers and information required to open a credit facility account for your goodselves. If paying by debit/credit card, your payment will be taken in accordance with our provider’s instructions. Once payment has been processed successfully, we will not retain or store your credit/debit card details.
We don’t share your data with any third parties except to facilitate services we offer you and any legal obligations such as:
- Transport/Haulage companies
- Tyre replacement/Repair companies
- Government bodies, agencies and our auditors in the UK or where we are required by law
- Credit/Debt agencies
We may contact you occasionally for customer feedback to help enhance the overall service we provide including products and services we feel may be of interest to you.
There are option boxes on our websites contact page to opt in or out of receiving our marketing material alternatively you can write to us via post or email advising us that you do not wish to receive such information.
The information you provide us will be kept for as long as there is a business need and retention periods in line with legal and regulatory requirements.

Employee Privacy Notice
When individuals apply to work at the Company, we will only use the information they supply to us to process their application and to monitor recruitment statistics. Where we want to disclose information to a third party, for example where we want to take up a reference or obtain a ‘disclosure’ from the Disclosures and Barring Service. we will not do so without informing them beforehand unless the disclosure is required by law.
Personal information about unsuccessful candidates will be held for 12 months after the recruitment exercise has been completed, it will then be destroyed or deleted. We retain de-personalised statistical information about applicants to help inform our recruitment activities, but no individuals are identifiable from that data.
Once a person has taken up employment with the Company, we will compile a file relating to their employment. The information contained in this will be kept secure and will only be used for purposes directly relevant to that person’s employment. Once their employment with the Company has ended, we will retain the file for a period no longer than six years and then delete it.
Data will be processed fairly and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations.
